Learning to cook in the bedroom... and anywhere else!

Good sex isn’t just about physical pleasure—it’s about creating a space where everyone involved feels valued, respected, and truly seen. But how do we define "good sex," and how do we create the conditions necessary for it to thrive?

In a world where intersecting oppressions impose impossible standards on our sexual lives, many of us struggle to access the ingredients that lead to true erotic satisfaction. Instead of experiencing intimate justice, we often encounter barriers—be they emotional, physical, or cultural—that prevent us from embracing the full spectrum of pleasure.

This episode introduces Dr. Candice Nicole Hargons debut book Good Sex. This book shares how we can redefine intimacies ways that works for us individually and collectively. Using a flavorful receipe approach, her research outlines how to build a sex life that’s authentic, pleasurable, and deeply connected. From intimacy and fun to kink and connection, Dr Hargons's shows us how to season our sexual menus with the ingredients that bring true joy and satisfaction.
