We’re back... and we’ve got a lot to talk about!
Season 3 of The Psychology of Black Womanhood podcast is officially on—and we’re digging even deeper into the real-life experiences, challenges, and strengths of Black women through the lens centering research.
If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been with us since day one, thank you for riding with us. This season, we’re keeping what you love: bi-weekly episodes that center Black women and make research real and relatable. But we’re also pushing the conversation forward—asking new questions, tackling complex topics, and bringing fresh voices into the mix.
From mental health to identity, relationships to resilience, we’re breaking down the science and making it speak to your world. You won’t need a Ph.D. to understand—just a willingness to explore what it means to exist, thrive, and heal as a Black woman today.
And here’s the best part: We want to hear from YOU!
What questions are you sitting with? What topics do you want us to unpack this season? Whether it's cultural coping, colorism, cultural trauma, motherhood, joy, or something in between—this space is yours too.
Tune in and tell us what’s on your mind. Let’s make Season 3 the most impactful one yet.
New episodes every other week. Wherever you listen to podcasts.
